Protect your name, image and likeness — and the money that comes with it.
NIL turned every talented high school and college athlete into a small business overnight. We help families set it up correctly the first time — contracts reviewed, the right entity formed, books kept clean, and your athlete's brand and future eligibility protected.
- High school varsity athletes fielding first NIL offers
- College athletes (D-I, D-II, D-III, NAIA, JUCO)
- Parents managing multi-brand deals for a minor athlete
- Athletes with social followings monetizing their personal brand
- Families preparing before recruitment gets serious
Focused services, clearly scoped.
NIL contract review
Every deal — endorsement, appearance, social post, camp, or collective — reviewed for exclusivity traps, morality clauses, IP grabs, term length, and unfair payment terms before your athlete signs.
Business entity setup (LLC + EIN)
Form the right entity to receive NIL income, protect personal assets, and separate athlete income from family finances. Includes operating agreement and EIN registration.
Bookkeeping & accounting setup
Chart of accounts, income tracking, deductible-expense system, and quarterly bookkeeping — so your CPA has clean numbers at tax time and nothing is missed.
Tax planning & 1099 handling
NIL income is self-employment income. We plan for quarterly estimated taxes, self-employment tax, retirement contributions, and state filings — before the IRS surprises you.
Brand & IP protection
Trademark guidance for your athlete's name, nickname, logo and catchphrases. Social handle protection and takedown coordination for unauthorized use.
Eligibility & compliance coordination
Documentation and disclosure workflows that fit NCAA, state, conference, and school NIL policies — so a deal doesn't cost eligibility.

Frequently asked
- Does my high school athlete really need an LLC?
- Not always for the first small deal — but once total NIL income crosses roughly $5,000, an LLC starts to make sense for liability protection, cleaner accounting, and the ability to deduct legitimate business expenses (equipment, travel, training).
- How much does the NIL package cost?
- Contract-only review starts at $500 per deal. Full setup (entity + EIN + bookkeeping + first-deal review) is $1,500 flat. Ongoing bookkeeping and deal review runs monthly based on volume — quoted after intake.
- Will an NIL deal cost my child their eligibility?
- Only if it's structured or disclosed incorrectly. NCAA and state rules have loosened, but each school and conference still has its own disclosure requirements. We coordinate the paperwork so a deal doesn't jeopardize eligibility.
- What about NIL for high school athletes in California?
- California allows high school NIL under specific rules (no school logos, no boosters, no pay-for-play, disclosure to the school). We prepare deals that stay inside those rules.
- What if my athlete is under 18?
- Parents/guardians sign on behalf of a minor athlete. We build the paperwork so the athlete can affirm or renegotiate on their 18th birthday if they choose.
